Do you offer free shipping ?
All of our Potion Kitchen products are shipped to you from the heart of Beirut via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders to United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain then for other countries shipping cost will be calculated on checkout.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Depending on your bank account it may take up to 14 days to receive your refund. You will receive the payment back on the account that you also paid from. Kindly note that we will refund your payment once we receive the products and make sure they are in good conditions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
If before receiving your order you choose to edit or cancel it, simply email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to edit/cancel your order providing your items have not yet been dispatched. However, if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
