We ship internationally, no matter where you are located you can receive your Potion Kitchen selfcare package!
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders from Lebanon, your package will be delivered in the same or next business day within Beirut, in 2-3 business days for cities from Khaldeh to Tabarja and 3-6 business days for other locations.
For international orders, your package delivery time will depend on your country, kindly reach out to our team for as estimated delivery time.

Can I return my order?

I think my package is lost, what do I do?

Which payments method do you accept?
For orders in Lebanon, you can pay using an international credit card or in cash, either in USD or in LBP at the daily market rate when your order is delivered.
For international orders, you can pay using an international credit card.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Depending on your bank account it may take up to 7 days to receive your refund. You will receive the payment back on the account that you also paid from. Kindly note that we will refund your payment once we receive the products and make sure they are in good conditions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
If before receiving your order you choose to edit or cancel it, simply email us at hello@potionkitchen.com and we will do our best to edit/cancel your order providing your items have not yet been dispatched. However, if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be edited or cancelled.
