All of our Potion Kitchen products are delivered to you from the heart of Beirut via a secure, tracked delivery courier. 

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, kindly provide a physical address. 

For orders from Lebanon, your package will be delivered in the same or next business day within Beirut, in 2-3 business days for cities from Khaldeh to Tabarja and 3-6 business days for other locations.

For international orders, your package delivery time will depend on your country, kindly reach out to our team for as estimated delivery time.

We hope you love your Potion Kitchen products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to exchange your order within 7 days of receipt, we are happy to assist, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and undamaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product was not purchased on sale or during a special promotion.

Please arrange a return delivery to the address below using a carrier of your choice. Kindly note that you are responsible for the exchange delivery costs, which are non-refundable. Be sure to obtain a tracking number and share it with us at +961 81 744 981 or via email at hello@potionkitchen.com.

For orders in Lebanon, you can pay using an international credit card or in cash, either in USD or in LBP at the daily market rate when your order is delivered.
