First of all my pump isn’t working. I’m unable to use the product. I called the store and waiting for them to notify me when I can replace the pump. Second, name is misleading. I expected it to be more exfoliating than this the particles are tiny there’s barely any exfoliation. More importantly though, I bought the product and I am unable to use it:) if the pump is going to take long, the least that can be done is simply exchange the wash for another one. Bare minimum in customer service. Thank you!
